Starts when we acquired the farmyard, or land, to build the center on. Planning of facilities, houses. Water. Energy. Open up for applications and accepting residents. The phase is completed when all nessesary tasks in order to maintain the center are covered by the residents. ZERO waste-vision<\/h5>\n

\u201cThe community without garbage\u201d is a part of the vision where everything that comes with what we consume should be re-used or re-cycled. Recycled to serve a purpose. Involves smart constructions from packages and plastcs and much more. All work is documented and reported monthly available to the public to follow and discuss around, all waste is weighted and the goal is to every time have less waste, until the ZERO-garbage goal is reached.<\/p>\n

Selfmantaining \u2013 energywise<\/h5>\n

The permaculture should strive to be able to maintain itself energy-wise. By solarpanels, earth-heat, passiv constructions. smart use of surroundings and trees. The energy is measured, and reported continously.<\/p>\n

Focus on talent<\/h5>\n

Documenting the developement of the individuals and how the products the create comes better and better. Photos and movieclips are recorded every week and put together for comparison and made available to everyone on the web. The public can follow the progress and at any time bid on any product. This gives us a possibility to see how far we are from generating the \u201cstatus quo\u201d income.<\/p>\n
